The Digestive Disease Department was founded by world renown Hepatologist Dr. Leon Schiff in 1937 making it one of the oldest programs in the United States. Check out the link below which will take you to our departments home page to learn more!
Training Programs
Since inception the Digestive Disease Department at the University of Cincinnati has grown to include training in Gastroenterology, Hepatology/Transplant, and Advance Endoscopy/Pancreatology.
