Serous Cystadenoma:
Serous cystadenomas are benign tumors of the pancreas. Majority are found incidentally on imaging as patients are asymptomatic from the tumor. Typically found in patients 60 and over with a female predominance. On imaging they appear as a “bunch of grapes” like appearance with multiple cysts inside the lesion. Majority of these lesions do not require treatment. EUS is helpful in examining lesions in the pancreas and can be used to biopsy lesions if diagnosis is uncertain on imaging alone.
